What does the 9th bloodiest revolutionary war battle have to do with Malvern holding the longest running Memorial Parade in the nation?

Come out and walk the hallowed ground of the Paoli Battlefield in Malvern, PA and learn about its rich history. Learn what happened here on the night of September 20, 1777 that led to this battle being called the “Paoli Massacre”. Answers to your many questions await you on this walking tour of the battlefield.

The tours run from 1:00pm to 4:00pm and will start at the Valley Creek Church, right across from the street from the Malvern Borough Building at 146 Channing Ave, Malvern, PA 19355.

We do have one Porta John at the Paoli Battlefield and one at the park across the street from the borough building that people can use. Please bring a fold up chair or stool if you’d like to have one during this tour. We will have bottles of water available, but only at the start and end of the tour. Make sure you wear appropriate footwear for walking around the battlefield, and trails in the woods. We will start at 1:30pm. If there are two or more people coming in your party, you can park one car at the battlefield, but everyone needs to meet at the Parking lot at 146 Channing Ave, Malvern, PA 19355.

We will have books, hats, and tee shirts for purchase at the parking lot. We do take Cash, or Credit/Debit cards.

You will be given a tour booklet when you arrive.

An email will be sent to you confirming your registration and what date and time you need to arrive. Please note that the email will take about 3 days to arrive.

For any no shows: Your $30 will be donated to the Upper Main Line Memorial Association and will not be refunded.
